Property Inspections
A physical inspection will be carried out within the first 12 weeks of your tenancy. Thereafter, they will be conducted every six months. Each inspection is documented digitally and made available online via a login.

Brunswick is named after Captain George Brunswick Smyth of the 50th Regiment. He was in charge of the mounted military police in Port Phillip in 1839.

Brunswick is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 6 km north of Melbourne’s central business district. Its local government area is the City of Moreland.
