The most important part of managing a property successfully is careful tenant selection. At Property Managers Melb, our formula for selecting a good tenant comes down to a series of factors which results in the landlord choosing the best tenant from arrange of different applicants.

  • Neat and clean presentation of a rental property where all fixtures and fittings are operating. We only get one chance to make a first impression with desirable tenants we want to attract. $400 + GST

  • Two weekly open for inspections (Wednesday / Thursday & Saturday). 
  • Detailed condition report.
  • Tenant background checks.
  • REIV Lease agreement contracts. 













Property Management

Fixed at $99 + GST

  • Processing of monthly rent payment.
  • Managing any property repairs & or light renovations.
  • Managing urgent repairs.
  • Tenant inspections twice yearly (first inspection is at 3 months, then at 6 month intervals).
  • Prepare digital inspection reports, land lords access these with online logins.
  • All reporting is available via an online access.
  • Monthly statements provided by email.





By landlord request (no extra charge): 

– Arrange (as Client’s agent) for appropriate contractor(s) to carry out *periodic inspection of plumbing fixtures and fittings


– Arrange (as Client’s agent) for appropriate contractor(s) to carry out *periodic inspection of electrical fixtures and fittings



Don’t Pay Hidden Costs
